Elders preparing capital raising

Agribusiness group Elders has gone into a trading halt ahead of announcing details of a capital-raising.

Elders said it will also use the trading halt – set to last until trade starts on Friday – to detail an on-market offer by one of its controlled entities to buy its hybrid securities.
