The Garden’s Free Opening Night Party – February 13
The Fringe is back, heralding the return of balmy nights filled with the sounds of performers and crowds, and the smell of delicious festival food. The Garden of Unearthly Delights warms up with its free opening night party from 7.30pm on Thursday with live music and performances.
Pirate Life Açaí and Passionfruit Bar Shout! – February 14
Hutt Street’s Bar Torino hosts the launch of Pirate Life’s new Açaí & Passionfruit Sour with education and bar shouts by the Pirate Life team. From 5pm to 7pm.
Plant Based at Plant 4 — February 15
Head to Bowden this Saturday from 5pm to 10pm for Plant Based at Plant 4 — a completely vegan event with plant-based eateries, craft beer, local wine, cocktails featuring local distilleries and shopping stalls. Entry is free.
Norwood Greek Festival – February 15

15 Shades of Rosé – February 22
North Terrace’s 2KW Bar and Restaurant hosts one of its most popular events next week — 15 Shades of Rosé. The rosé festival, from 1pm to 3.30pm, showcases 15 different styles of rose from around the globe in a party-like atmosphere. The dress code is pink and white. Wines include the likes of Cullen, Longview, Bird in Hand, Howard, Deviation Road and Murdoch Hill.
Adelaide Hills Wine Tour — February 23
To raise funds for those affected by the recent bushfires, The Holdy is hosting an Adelaide Hills wine tour with all proceeds from ticket sales going towards the respective wineries and the South Australian Country Fire Service. Kicking off at The Holdy in the morning, the wine tour will visit Petaluma Cellar Door and LOT.100, the home of Vinteloper wine. Tickets are $85.
Blues, Beers & Bikes – February 23

Mount Barker’s Prancing Pony Brewery will host the fifth annual Blues, Beers & Bikes festival from 10am. The carpark will be flooded with more than 500 bikes on display in a family-friendly celebration. Blues will be provided by legendary local musos Dave Blight and Mick Kidd with the brewpub providing plenty of food and ale.
Champagne Sessions with Sara Underdown – February 25
Apoteca Bar and Restaurant offers an opportunity for Champagne lovers to experience a casual guided tasting with Sara Underdown, founder of Vine & Bubble Champagne magazine. Enjoy Champagne on arrival, then compare four Blanc de Blancs from two vintages, plus Champagnes from smaller producers. Canapés and a grazing table will accompany the 6.30-8.30pm tasting, with tickets costing $80.
Indian Mela 2020 — February 28 to 29
To be held in Victoria Square, the Indian Mela is an annual showcase of Indian art, culture and delicious Indian food. India’s rich culture and diversity will be displayed in this biggest Indian event of the year. Various food stalls, exhibition stalls, children’s rides, cultural performances, plays, art displays and on-ground workshops. Entry is free.
Last Day of Summer — February 29
Hosted at the historic Kuitpo Hall, Last Day of Summer is a chance to send off the season with a party hosted by the Kuitpo Kollective from 3pm to 10pm. There will be fabulous from Udaberri and Wood Fired Pizza Co, wines by Kuitpo wine makers and beer by Kuitpo Brewing, with music by DJ Ryley. The event sold out last year, and tickets are $20.
