Identity of Riverland body revealed
A body found in a Riverland lagoon nearly two weeks ago has been identified.

Police said today that the body found in Ross Lagoon has been identified as a 72-year-old man from Waikerie.
A member of the public made the discovery on Sunday 11 December near Taylorville Rd, near Waikerie.

Police said there are no suspicious circumstances, and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Ross Lagoon sits adjacent to the flooding River Murray which is expected to peak in the region over coming days.
